To Serve, Protect and Seed the Grass!

Now I don't live in the best neighborhood. But I don't really live in the worst either. Or so I thought. I was walking home from work today and across the street from my house and a little down was a guy....wearing a gun....seeding his grass. Not really sure what to think I didn't think this neighborhood had gone the way of packing heat while doing yard work. But what do I know. But then I ask....is the neighborhood safer when you have a uniformed officer (okay so I would used the word officer lightly...but he was uniformed!) make your neighborhood safer???? yes? no? makes no difference? Whatever you choose...it certainly is a strange sight!
